1. General Information
At E-Max, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring a seamless and pleasant shopping experience for our customers. By making a purchase on emax.co.in, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined here. E-Max retains the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Placing Orders
We utilize data encryption on our website to protect your personal information, and we guarantee that it will never be shared with any third party under any circumstances.

After placing an order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided during the checkout process. An email address and phone number is required for every order. If the email address or phone number is not provided or is incorrect, E-Max is not responsible if we need to contact you (for a refund, return, exchange, etc.) and are unable to do so.

The moment the confirmation email arrives in your inbox, a legally binding agreement is established between you, the customer, and E-Max.

If your order has not been delivered to you through no fault of your own, we will either ensure its delivery or provide a replacement at no additional charge.

3. Cancellations
Customers are allowed to cancel their order(s) within 12 hours of placing them. If you reach out to us after this 12-hour period, the cancellation request will not be accepted.

4. Safety
All products available on emax.co.in are specifically designed for the Indian market and meet local environmental standards and safety regulations.

5. Agreement
As mentioned previously, the agreement between the customer and E-Max becomes effective once the order confirmation email is sent.
E-Max is responsible for making sure that the customer receives the product they ordered in brand-new condition.
As a customer, your responsibility is to provide a complete delivery address within India to ensure that we can deliver your product(s).

6. Address & Delivery
E-Max is in charge of shipping product(s) to the address given at the time of order placement.
If an incorrect address was entered during the ordering process, the customer should promptly contact customer.emax@gmail.com with the order number and the correct address.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns:

We stand by the quality of our products. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or faulty item, we offer a 100% refund to ensure your satisfaction.

To initiate a refund, please provide your Order ID, a photo of the product, and the reason for the refund/return within 24 hours of receiving the product. Contact us at:

If the return is due to no fault of the customer, E-Max will cover the return shipping costs once the item has been received by one of our agents.

Exchanges:

We offer a one-time exchange if the size is incorrect. Please contact us with your Order ID and the desired size within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Refunds:

We do not provide refunds unless the item is defective or faulty upon receipt.

 

8. Changes & Amendments
E-Max reserves the right to modify any aspect of its website at any time without prior notice to its existing customers. This may include changes to prices, products, discounts, and promotions, among other things.

9. Confidentiality Agreement

10. Legal Information

Any attempt to use information from emax.co.in for fraudulent purposes will be addressed to the fullest extent of the law.

All logos, designs, trademarks, text, images, audio files, and other content on emax.co.in are the intellectual property of E-Max and cannot be used without our explicit permission. If you wish to use any of our content, please contact us at customer.emax@gmail.com

In the event of a dispute with E-Max, you agree to first attempt to resolve it by providing a detailed description of the issue and your proposed resolution, including any relevant documentation. Direct all queries to our support email: customer.emax@gmail.com

Arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis only, and no claims can be arbitrated as a class action. By agreeing to these terms, you waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit.
